Thermo Fisher is one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers. They make drugs on behalf of large and small pharmas, supporting them from clinical trials through commercialization.
What did they need?
Get them out of the “arms race” with competitors about an endlessly growing list of facilities and capabilities. Give them a distinction beyond hard numbers, as those numbers kept changing every day.
What did we do?
After considerable research and interviews, we honed in on an attitude of distinction. At every level, across every division, there was an extra effort put forth by employees that distinguished them from the rest. So we launched the Made With Heart and Science campaign.
What happened
Made With ran for more than 6 years around the globe and across all media channels. Why did it run for so long? Because it generated a 700% increase in sales opportunity, meaning every dollar spent resulted in new business leads totaling 7 times more than leads generated before the campaign launched.
